Parking

Each unit receives one dedicated parking spot.
Additional spots may be available for a fee. 

Vehicles using the lot must be registered with management.
 This can be done by registering through the portal
or sending a text message to the Onsite Co-Ordinator
Please include the make, model, color, and license plate number of the vehicle.

Additional day use parking spots may be granted for visitors or guests
 when available for a nominal fee.
Contact the Onsite Co-Ordinator for more information.

Day use parking can not be used by the same tenant
for more than three days in a row.

All guest vehicles which are parked in the lot must be registered
Whether they are parked in day use or are parked in your dedicated spot.

Guests may park for free on Harvey Street.

Tenants and Guests may not park on Clay Street
or on the corner of Clay Street and University Access Road
as the city has posted "no parking signs" on this narrow one way street.
Parking here may result in the vehicle
being ticketed, towed or damaged by traffic!
At the owners expense.

Unregistered vehicles are subject to being ticketed and towed
at the owners expense.

All vehicles must be removed from the lot during plowing.
A text message will be sent to tenants approximately 20 minutes
before the plow truck arrives.
Failure to remove your vehicle from the lot
 may result in damage to the vehicle at the owners expense.

Parking or driving on the lawns is not allowed per city ordinance
and constitutes a lease violation.

All vehicles must have proper state registration
 and up to date license plate tags per city ordinance.
Not having your vehicle properly licensed constitutes a lease violation.

Broken Down vehicles and car repairs are not allowed to take place in the lot
per city ordinance, and constitutes a lease violation.
